Overview

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, test, and maintain small to medium-sized systems or features with a focus on quality and user impact
  • Translate requirements from product managers, designers and engineers into technical solutions
  • Communicate progress, assumptions, blockers and trade-offs clearly
  • Contribute to technical design discussions and reviews
  • Write clear, maintainable, well-tested code following team standards
  • Adhere to architecture patterns and suggest sensible improvements
  • Debug across the stack, investigate root causes, seek support when needed
  • Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback
  • Identify opportunities to improve code quality, performance, and team practices
  • Use modern development tools, including AI-assisted tools, while reviewing and validating results
Key requirements
  • Experience developing software in a professional or comparable environment
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language with familiarity in modern development frameworks and tools
  • Understanding of software development fundamentals (data structures, APIs, testing, version control)
  • Ability to work independently on defined tasks while seeking input as needed
  • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teammates and receptiveness to feedback
