Software Engineer

In this role you will help build a pioneering AI-driven financial modelling product from the ground up. You will work in a small, elite team to own features end-to-end across Rust services, backend, and frontend, using cutting-edge AI tools. You’ll shape high-quality, high-performance software and contribute to AI agents and the platform’s growth. • Own features end-to-end from backend Rust services to frontend interfaces
• Leverage the latest AI tools and models to ship fast, high-quality software
• Build and improve AI agents, harnesses, tools and context optimisation
• Write performant code with caching and optimized queries
• Own and improve backend infrastructure and CI pipelines
• Debug low-level issues and optimise system performance
• Collaborate with design to ensure polished, cohesive user experiences
• Take increasing technical ownership as the product scales
