Software Engineer

In this role you will help build a pioneering AI-powered tool for financial modelling, starting with an Excel add-in and expanding toward an AI operating system for strategic decisions. You will own features end-to-end across the stack, collaborating with design and a small elite engineering team to deliver fast, high-quality software. You’ll work with Rust, TS/React, and AI tooling to ship impactful capabilities and improve performance. This is a high-ownership, technically rigorous role with opportunities to grow into leadership.

• Own features end-to-end across the stack (Rust services, backend, frontend)
• Leverage modern AI tools and models to ship high-quality software quickly
• Develop and enhance AI agents, harnesses, tools, and context optimization
• Write highly performant code with optimized memory use, queries, and caching
• Own and improve backend infrastructure and CI pipelines
• Debug low-level issues and optimise system performance
• Collaborate with design to ensure polished, cohesive features
• Take increasing technical ownership as the product scales
