Overview

In this Software Engineer role, you’ll design, build, and refine components across Quantcast’s tech stack, from core services to data-driven features. You collaborate with product, modeling, and platform teams to deliver high-quality software and improve system reliability. You’ll participate in the full software lifecycle and on-call responsibilities to maintain operational health. Responsibilities
  • Write and design code and systems to improve the tech stack
  • Contribute across the full software engineering lifecycle from conception to operation
  • Improve system reliability, testing, and monitoring, including on-call duties
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
  • Build proof-of-concept work to advance automation and infrastructure
Key requirements
  • 0-2 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Degree in Computer Science or adjacent field
  • Strong CS fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, systems design)
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, or similar languages
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
