Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, test and deploy high quality software aligned with product and operations needs
  • Break down complex problems into maintainable solutions within architectural boundaries
  • Build reusable backend components and well documented interfaces for easy integration
  • Apply test driven and behavior driven development with emphasis on automated testing
  • Collaborate in an agile team to plan, estimate, and deliver work
  • Engage with Product Owners to evaluate options and trade-offs
  • Review code and mentor engineers through pairing and guidance
  • Improve CI/CD pipelines and support secure, repeatable deployments
  • Contribute to engineering community by knowledge sharing and tool exploration
  • Contribute to cloud platform engineering or agentic AI solutions where value is clear
Key requirements
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • SaaS-oriented software development experience
  • Backend development with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, REST/SOAP via Web API
  • Frontend experience with React, JavaScript ES6, HTML, CSS
  • SQL Server knowledge and complex data modeling
  • Experience in agile teams, source control, code reviews, and CI/CD
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and reliable software delivery
  • Experience in cloud engineering, CI/CD, or agentic AI; Azure experience and AWS exposure beneficial
  • Clear communication of technical issues to varied audiences
