As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the full development lifecycle, delivering new features and fixing bugs for a wide user base. You will work on web, microservice, mobile, and cloud-based applications, influencing technical direction and adopting emerging technologies. The role includes AI-powered features and automated testing as part of a modern Microsoft stack. You’ll join a growing internal team in a hybrid Leicester setup, with opportunities to shape projects and leverage AI-driven solutions. This position combines hands-on delivery with scope to impact architecture and technology choices.

- Deliver new features and resolve bugs across web, microservices, mobile, and cloud-based systems
- Influence technical direction and propose ideas around emerging technologies
- Develop AI-powered features, intelligent testing, and AI-driven microservices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Support and mentor junior developers (desirable)
- Work with Azure and the Microsoft technology stack
- Ensure quality through automated testing (Playwright is desirable)
- 3+ years' commercial Software Development experience
- Strong C# .Net experience
- SQL experience
- Frontend development experience with JavaScript libraries (React/Angular/Vue)
- Cloud experience (ideally Azure)
- Experience working within Agile environments
