Software Engineer - London - Top 25 Pre IPO business - Golang - £100,000

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing AI company valued at around $5bn, with 600+ employees and a profitable business model. The company is building technology at significant scale and is continuing to expand its engineering organisation.

We’re looking for a Software Engineer with 3–5 years of experience who enjoys solving complex backend problems and wants to work alongside experienced engineers in a high-performance environment.

You’ll contribute to the design and development of reliable backend services, APIs and distributed systems, working closely with product and engineering teams to take projects from idea through to production.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong experience with Golang is preferred or experience with Java / Python
• Understanding of APIs, databases, distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to work on technically challenging products.
• Working on high thoughput / low latency systems

Salary: Up to £180,000

Location: London — 2 days per month, with flexibility to attend more frequently if preferred.
