Software Engineer

Market insights organisation looking for a Snowflake Data/Platform Engineer to join their team. You will contribute to project planning, development methodologies, and the delivery of cross-functional software products.

Contract Length: 12 Months

Location: London or Sutton - 2 days in office per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review detailed technical specifications for complex system components.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust software and data solutions.
• Apply coding standards, security best practices, and participate in peer code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues and defects.
• Design, maintain, and evolve complex data models.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the support, maintenance, and enhancement of the Data Lakehouse platform.

• Strong Experience with Snowflake, managing a Snowflake account, ideally as a Snowflake admin
