Software Engineer (Agentic)

In this role you will build and scale AI agents capable of completing complex tasks. You’ll shape the architecture behind intelligent agents that reason, interact with tools, and operate reliably at scale, collaborating with researchers and engineers. You’ll translate research into robust production software and continuously improve agent reliability and performance. • Design and build AI agents capable of complex, multi-step tasks
• Develop architectures for reasoning, planning, tool use, memory and decision-making
• Create systems for agents to interact with APIs, databases, external services and software
• Experiment with agent orchestration and multi-agent methodologies
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure and improve reliability
• Work on workflows, context management, retrieval and LLM infrastructure
• Turn research into production-quality software

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Experience building production-quality systems
• Proficiency in Python or another modern programming language

• Experience building with LLMs or agent frameworks (professionally or via personal projects)
• Understanding of tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agent orchestration, context management or multi-agent systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort with technically challenging problems
