- Collaborate with trading, sales, asset management, and other teams to build automated, scalable solutions
- Develop and maintain microservices in Java and Spring, interfacing with MongoDB
- Contribute to the SDLC, testing, monitoring, and reporting across distributed services
- Work with UI/UX designers, data scientists, cloud engineers to deliver integrated technology solutions
- Ensure reliable, scalable data platforms and tooling to enable fast transaction processing
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience with Java, Spring and MongoDB or similar Non-SQL technologies
- Experience with microservices, Java deployments, and DevOps tools (GitLab)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle best practices
- Ability to drive toward goals with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication for global teams
