- Develop and maintain microservices in Java and Spring
- Design and interact with MongoDB for data storage
- Collaborate with trading, sales, asset management, banking, and finance teams
- Contribute to SDLC processes including testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Build and automate solutions to keep the firm at the cutting edge
- Work with UI/UX designers, data scientists, cloud engineers to deliver integrated solutions

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with Java, Spring and MongoDB
- Experience with microservices, Java deployments and DevOps tools (GitLab)
- Full understanding of software development lifecycle best practices
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Excellent judgment, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
