As part of the Developer product group, you will enhance and innovate the systems that power global payments through stablecoins. Take charge of key projects, serving as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI). Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Infrastructure teams to translate user requirements into effective, scalable solutions while attending in-person working sessions held quarterly.
Key Responsibilities: • Drive stablecoin-based features from design to production • Develop APIs that embed payment solutions in products • Partner with teams for balanced speed and security • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks • Maintain high engineering quality through reviews
Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of backend engineering experience • Expertise in Go or Java and cloud services • DRI experience for technical projects • Background in crypto and blockchain integration • Ability to craft design documents and communicate effectively
