Overview

In this role you will design and build a high-frequency trading platform for crypto markets, delivering low-latency access to quotes, trades and orders across global exchanges. You will optimize performance through systems programming, monitor throughput, and develop data and simulation tools to support informed trading decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to scale a world-class trading infrastructure and push the platform’s capabilities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a high-frequency trading platform for cryptocurrency markets across global exchanges
  • Optimize platform latency via network and systems programming and advanced techniques
  • Analyze throughput and latency, and build performance-tracking tools
  • Develop systems for easy access to historical market data and trading simulations
Key requirements
  • Degree in computer science or related field
  • 5-7 years of software engineering experience
  • Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming in C++
  • Brilliant problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good understanding of Linux and Networking (TCP/IP and UDP) is a plus
  • Knowledge of Python and shell scripts is a plus
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets, exchange APIs (WebSocket/HTTP), and cloud technologies is a significant plus
