Software Engineer C++

Overview

As a Software Engineer at ONI in Oxford, you build automation and analysis software for nanoimaging. You will deliver enterprise-scale C++ applications and cutting-edge image processing/ML solutions to enable non-experts to extract actionable insights from super-resolution data. You’ll debug hardware/software integration and collaborate across software, hardware, and biology teams to align goals and hardware specs. • Automate data acquisition and analysis for scientists
• Deliver high-quality enterprise-scale software solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Bioinformatics or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing image processing algorithms/applications (low level, analysis, image understanding)
• Proficient in modern C++ (C++14/17/20) and low-level programming
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM software development
