- Strong programming skills in C# or Java or C++
- Strong database development experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing and query optimization
- Experience on Windows and Unix/Linux, with scripting and basic system administration
- Ability to work in a team, take ownership of sub-projects and communicate clearly
- Interest in technology innovation and willingness to learn
- Ideally experience processing large data sets
- Ideally experience with market data providers and/or FIX protocol
