Overview

In this role you will join QuantumBlack Labs to design and deliver innovative AI/ML-powered software solutions for enterprise clients. You’ll work with cross-functional teams across product, data science, and engineering to build scalable, production-grade features. You’ll contribute to reusable components and frameworks while growing technically and as a contributor to a high-performance culture. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape cutting-edge tools that drive real-world impact and support client outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver well-structured, production-quality code and own small–medium features end-to-end
  • Engage in design discussions with senior engineers and participate in code reviews
  • Write tests, document code, and maintain high reliability across systems
  • Collaborate in Agile teams with pair programming and iterative delivery
  • Contribute to team best practices and development of reusable components across infrastructure, platforms, and services
  • Work with interdisciplinary teams to create innovative AI/ML tooling and solutions
  • Support learning and development through training, conferences, and hands-on projects
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different levels and roles to drive client outcomes
Key requirements
  • 2-5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience building production-grade applications in at least one stack (backend, frontend, infra) with willingness to learn others
  • Ability to deliver features independently and participate in design discussions
  • Experience with pair programming
  • Exposure to or interest in modern AI systems (LLMs, agent frameworks, cloud deployment)
  • Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node, Flask, SQL, cloud infra, CI/CD
  • Strong time management and communication skills in English
  • Degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
