Software Engineer II - Real-Time Collaborative Web Platform

Pantheon in Canada is seeking a Software Engineer II to join a real-time collaborative web platform. You will build across the full stack—backend services, APIs, and frontend systems—while contributing to architectural decisions on a founding-stage product.

You will work with a small, senior team that moves fast and cares deeply about craft. You will own features end-to-end, write clean, well-tested code, and collaborate with product and design to transform requirements into working software.
