Overview

In this role, you contribute to regulatory controls and operational risk platforms within Corporate Tech. You work as an individual contributor in an agile team to deliver secure, scalable software that supports multiple regulatory functions and drives business objectives. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and advance the technology strategy. This is an opportunity to shape resilient systems that enable regulatory tracking and risk management at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Code in Java or Python to build and enhance regulatory platforms
  • Apply Terraform and AWS to develop secure, scalable applications
  • Execute software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting
  • Produce production-ready code aligned with system integrations
  • Create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications
  • Identify data patterns to improve coding hygiene and architecture
  • Contribute to communities of practice and adopt new technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Support deployment and maintenance of applications
Key requirements
  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with solid applied experience
  • Hands-on system design, development, testing, and operational stability
  • Java or Python programming experience, including event-driven microservices and Kafka streaming
  • Experience with AWS services in public cloud infrastructure
  • Proficiency in RDBMS concepts and SQL querying
  • Hands-on skills with Terraform
  • Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
  • Utilize AI tools as part of software development and deliverables
  • Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently
  • Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security
