Responsibilities- Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions beyond routine approaches
- Produce secure, high-quality production code and maintain key algorithms
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools; participate in peer reviews, testing, and secure coding standards
- Utilize SDLC tools and AI-assisted development to enhance automation and delivery value
- Create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure constraint adherence
- Analyze large, diverse data, build visualizations and reporting to improve software and systems
- Identify hidden data patterns to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture
- Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of applied experience
- Hands-on system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Experience coding in one or more modern programming languages and with database querying languages in a large corporate setting
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and ability to validate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security
- Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and mentoring peers on safe usage
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
