Software Engineer III - Python / AI

In this role, you will be a seasoned member of an agile team that designs and delivers secure, scalable software solutions for a global client base. You will collaborate across teams to tackle complex technical challenges and contribute to engineering communities of practice, driving excellence and innovation. The position emphasizes secure coding, production-quality software, and data-informed improvements to systems and applications. You will work in Corporate Technology to shape technology that supports the firm’s objectives and resilience.

• Execute end-to-end software solutions across design, development, and troubleshooting
• Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications
• Analyze large, diverse data sets to support continuous improvement
• Identify hidden data patterns to enhance coding hygiene and architecture
• Contribute to engineering communities of practice and events
• Leverage enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools to improve quality and speed
• Apply SDLC tools to enhance automation and value delivery

• Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Proficiency in coding in one or more programming languages
• Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in large-scale environments
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security
• Experience with cloud, Databricks, PySpark, AI/ML concepts
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and ability to evaluate AI outputs
