You’ll collaborate with product and design to shape features that empower investors. You’ll tackle complex technical challenges and contribute to a culture of high-quality software. - Deliver scalable, maintainable solutions while balancing trade-offs
- Understand product features and KPIs and work with the Product Manager to drive development
- Be comfortable in an on-call environment and escalate issues when needed
- ≥2 years professional software engineering experience
- Collaborate openly and share knowledge, taking ownership of design decisions
- High standards for code quality; receptive to feedback and able to give it
- Ability to solve complex problems with a clear approach and know when to loop in others
- Keen eye for detail and genuine interest in investments
- Stay current with technology trends and apply good engineering practices
