Overview

In this role, you will contribute to Radius’s digital websites and scalable APIs as part of a collaborative web engineering team. You will build and maintain front- and back-end features using Next.js and Laravel, applying TDD to deliver reliable code. You’ll work with designers and backend developers to create responsive interfaces and robust services, participate in reviews and planning, and stay current with web development best practices. Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain web applications with Next.js and Laravel
  • Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement responsive UIs
  • Write clean, testable code following TDD
  • Build RESTful APIs and integrate frontend with backend services
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions
  • Debug and resolve issues across the stack
  • Stay updated with best practices and emerging trends in web development
Key requirements
  • 1–3 years of web development experience
  • Proficiency with Next.js and React.js
  • Experience with Laravel (PHP) backend framework
  • Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Familiarity with MySQL
  • Experience with Git and modern development workflows
