In this role you will contribute to a new Quantitative Research and Analytics Desk at a leading algo-trading firm. You will work across a polyglot stack to implement both strategy and infrastructure for high-performance trading engines. You will collaborate with top engineers to build distributed, scalable systems and push the boundaries of CS fundamentals in finance. This is a technology-driven, open source–oriented environment with opportunities to explore innovations in a Technology Innovations Hub. You will have a meaningful impact on critical trading systems and technical foundations.

- Proficiency in multiple languages (e.g., .Net Core, Python, C++, F#, Java, Kotlin, Rust, Clojure)
- Experience with building highly distributed, scalable, low-latency systems
- Exposure to cloud technologies
- Open source involvement or culture
