Overview

As a Software Engineer in a scaling FinTech, you will build internal platforms using Python, Django and SQL to support the business. You’ll work across multiple teams, translating complex business processes into scalable technology and delivering impactful solutions. The role combines technical delivery with stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. You’ll own projects from problem understanding to solution delivery, contributing to data-driven capabilities and improvements across the product suite. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with exposure to growth opportunities and a clear impact on the platform and business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop internal platforms and applications using Python, Django and SQL
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and solve complex problems
  • Translate business processes into scalable technology solutions
  • Work across multiple teams and projects to provide technical solutions
  • Continuously improve internal systems and data-driven capabilities
  • Take ownership of projects from Problem understanding to delivery
Key requirements
  • BSc in STEM
  • Strong Python coding skills with Django experience
  • Good understanding of APIs
  • Comfort with Agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude)
