Responsibilities
  • Develop software products and services from scratch in collaboration with clients
  • Mentor client teams on engineering best practices, user-centric design, and Agile values
  • Co-create with clients to build technical capabilities and sustainable engineering cultures
  • Engage in cross-functional problem-solving with client leaders to shape digital strategies
  • Contribute to transformation projects across industries, focusing on scalable architectures
  • Work hands-on with clients across industries from a base in a global location
Key requirements
  • 2–5+ years of full-stack development experience
  • Hands-on experience across frontend (TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Tailwind) and backend (Python, Node.js, Java/Spring, C#/.NET)
  • Experience with SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, ETL
  • Familiarity with LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration, agent frameworks, MCPs, evaluation frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) including Docker and CI/CD
  • Strong emphasis on automated testing, logging, monitoring, and reliability
  • Experience in Agile teams, sprint ceremonies, and pair programming
