Overview
As a Software Engineer on the X Money team, you will help build a global payments network that serves hundreds of millions of users. You will design scalable backend services and microservices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to a high-scale financial products platform. The role blends AI and finance in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, offering greenfield projects and a strong impact across payments, fraud detection, and compliance. You will shape architecture and ensure reliability and secure data handling.

- Develop backend services, APIs, and data models for high-volume, multi-user environments
- Collaborate with iOS, Android & Web client engineers to ship products
- Design infrastructure and microservices for payments, transactions, growth, monetization, and engagement across platforms
- Build and maintain fullstack features including dashboards, personalized experiences, content delivery, tools, and real-time analytics
- Lead architecture, scalability, and reliability decisions for high-concurrency, low-latency systems
- Uphold engineering excellence via testing, monitoring, deployment, and secure data handling
- Distributed systems experience for high-scale, low-latency environments
- Proficiency in Rust, Go, Python, and/or Java; experience with high-volume streaming systems
- 2+ years of experience on large-scale consumer applications
