  • Design, develop, test, and document new capabilities for a multi-master distributed PostgreSQL product.
  • Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions for distributed database functionality.
  • Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing capabilities to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong C proficiency.
  • Practical experience with PostgreSQL internals and distributed systems concepts.
  • Experience working with large, long-lived codebases and complex Git branching strategies.
  • 100% remote work within the EMEA region.
  • Access to health and wellness resources, including CuraLinc.
  • Wellness Fridays available through December 2026.
