Overview
As Software Engineering Manager you lead a software engineering team within our Product, Design and Engineering organization. You drive delivery against KPIs and SLOs, while supporting growth and career development for engineers. You contribute to architecture, reviews, and technical initiatives, partnering with Product Manager and Designer to align priorities. You’ll shape engineering practices, code quality, and security, and help recruit and onboard new engineers. This role blends people leadership with hands-on technical influence in a global team.
