Software Engineering Manager

In this role you will lead the end-to-end software development and infrastructure function within a growing SaaS business undergoing a pivotal transformation. You will guide a 23-person cross-functional team, shaping greenfield and legacy initiatives while driving DevOps, cloud migrations, and modern architecture. You’ll mentor engineers, align technical work with business goals, and collaborate across development, infrastructure, and support functions. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on people development and platform scale in a collaborative, inclusive culture.

• Lead cross-functional development and infrastructure teams across multiple product streams
• Champion Agile delivery and DevOps practices across teams in transition
• Oversee greenfield cloud-native projects and legacy platform enhancements
• Guide migrations to Microsoft Azure using modern design principles
• Support architectural decisions around microservices, scalability, and maintainability
• Act as a technical mentor and leadership voice across the business
• Collaborate with customer support, consultants, and third-party suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes

• Proven leadership in software development and/or infrastructure management
• Strong technical background with .NET and Microsoft technologies
• Experience in or transitioning to a DevOps model
• Hands-on Azure experience, especially in cloud migration or cloud-native design
• Ability to manage teams across greenfield and legacy systems
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and people management skills
