Overview
As a Software Engineering Manager, you lead and grow high-performing software teams within Avigilon Alta Video, driving engineering excellence and timely product delivery. You’ll coach engineers, promote best practices, and align technical work with product goals to deliver AI-enabled video security solutions. You’ll collaborate across the organization to balance short- and long-term objectives, shaping a culture of continuous improvement. This role offers a chance to influence how safe communities are protected through scalable cloud-based systems.

- 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams
- Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize engineering processes
- Track record of on-time delivery by teams
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Continuous learning mindset
- Exposure to Scrum or other Agile frameworks
- Knowledge of modern SDLC
- Cloud and/or DevOps experience on large-scale product
- Proficiency in any programming language (C++, Go, TypeScript, ...)
