In this role you lead a high-performance software team focused on real-time, embedded and high-throughput systems across heterogeneous architectures. You’ll shape software engineering methodologies, processes and design techniques while guiding development, testing and optimization. You’ll work with cross-functional engineers to integrate wireless signal processing capabilities and advance CI/CD workflows. This position blends people leadership with hands-on technical oversight to deliver scalable, robust software.

Responsibilities
- lead and develop a high-performance software team
- spearhead development of software engineering methodologies, processes and design techniques
- oversee development, integration and testing of real-time embedded/high-performance software
- drive CI/CD workflow, development planning and tracking tools
- coordinate with team leads to support professional growth and knowledge sharing
- work on-site three days per week
- collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams on wireless signal processing across heterogeneous architectures
