Software Engineering Manager - Cloud Platform

In this role you will lead the AI engineering platform within the M&S Platform team, driving reusable pipelines, tooling, and frameworks to empower 200+ engineers across many apps. You will steer technical vision, foster developer experience, and contribute code while guiding teams toward engineering excellence. You’ll partner with technology leadership to align strategy and act as a platform owner focused on data, customer-centricity, and reliable delivery. • Own and drive engineering excellence within your teams, covering technical direction, production solutions, and growth

• Hands-on senior software engineer with polyglot experience
• Strong knowledge of AI coding tools and agentic technologies
• Extensive software engineering background across various systems and technologies
• Experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams
• Deep understanding of system design, architecture, cloud, and standard engineering practices
• Promoter of DevOps culture (build it, run it)
• Solid testing strategies and reliability engineering knowledge
