As Software Engineering Manager, you will lead the Identity Platform engineering initiative, shaping scalable, secure authentication solutions for customers and colleagues. You’ll work with principal engineers and cross-functional peers to deliver on a modern, digital-first strategy. You’ll mentor a high-performing team, oversee architecture and delivery, and drive quality, reliability, and efficient deployment pipelines. This role combines technical leadership with people leadership to accelerate platform growth and impact.

- Ensure quality, performance, reliability, and usability of software systems; manage maintenance and issue resolution
- Extensive hands-on experience as a polyglot senior software engineer
- Experience delivering highly scalable web/backend solutions
- Track record leading senior engineers and delivering high-quality software
- Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, cloud and standard engineering methodologies
