As a Software Engineering Manager reporting to the Senior Manager of Engineering, you will lead multiple cross-functional developer teams. You will guide software projects from concept through post-launch while aligning technical decisions with business goals. The work emphasizes Java, Python, Spring, SQL, web technologies, and AI adoption.

Requirements:

• Five to ten years of software development experience
• Recent experience as Development Manager or Team Lead

• Knowledge of Agile practices and software development life cycle
