Software Practice Lead

As Software Practice Lead, you guide the delivery of Software and Systems Integration in a multi-domain, secure environment. You will steer multi-disciplinary, agile teams and shape project and process plans while managing people, suppliers, and customer relationships. You drive the adoption of world-class practices and tools across the business, balancing strategy with hands-on execution. • 3+ years leading teams in multi-disciplinary matrix organizations
• 5+ years of experience working in and leading software projects
• extensive experience in a modern software engineering environment
• familiarity with DevSecOps, SCRUM, Agile, Scaled Agile, CI/CD, SaaS, Cloud, Code Quality, and Open Source frameworks
• experience in defence or other regulated environments
