Software Product Owner: Roadmaps, Value & Delivery

Rolls-Royce plc is seeking a Software Product Owner to join the Software Systems Capability function in Derby or Solihull. The role focuses on owning the product vision, backlog, and roadmap, translating strategic objectives into prioritized work to maximise value.

You will measure outcomes with data, ensure high-quality delivery, and build cross-functional relationships across the organisation while balancing stakeholder needs and technical constraints. 37 hours per week, permanent contract.
