Overview

In this role you lead Agile project teams to deliver high-value software initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-divisional environment. You work under the Product Manager to manage multiple concurrent, high-visibility projects and ensure on-time, on-scope, and quality outcomes. You bridge stakeholders and the development team, driving governance, risk management, and value delivery. This role offers the chance to shape software projects in the offshore energy domain and collaborate across functions to maximize business impact.

Responsibilities
  • Define project scope and schedule, drive regular value delivery, and manage risks and issues
  • Support Product Owner in stakeholder communications and governance
  • Define and improve project management processes and apply Agile practices
  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams, remove roadblocks, and optimize capacity
  • Foster team empowerment and sustainable high-quality delivery
Key requirements
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent education and experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Oil & Gas
  • Proven track record delivering software or web development projects using Agile; 3+ years as Project Manager on large, complex high-tech projects with multi-function teams
  • Experience overseeing multi-function project teams including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA
  • Ability to collaborate with customers and develop value-driven strategies and solutions
