Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Software quality assurance expertise meets application testing for a School Board, covering ServiceNow, integrations, security, and performance validation.

Reporting to the Business Solutions and Development Coordinator, this position plans, develops, executes, and documents quality assurance activities. You will test business applications, integrations, and ServiceNow modules while collaborating with development and operational teams. The work supports reliable software solutions and validated business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, integration, regression, acceptance, and security testing
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
• Validate ServiceNow workflows, forms, catalog items, and integrations
• Document test plans, cases, procedures, and results
• Track defects, production issues, and resolution activities

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant computer or technology field
• Three years of relevant quality assurance, testing, or development experience
• Experience with ServiceNow and automated testing frameworks
• Experience with Python, C#, web applications, APIs, and integrations
• Knowledge of Agile, security testing, SQL, REST, SOAP, and JSON
