Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Plan and execute quality assurance for business applications, integrations, and ServiceNow, validating reliability, security, and performance through structured testing.

Reporting to the Business Solutions and Development Coordinator, this position supports software quality assurance and application development. You will test applications, APIs, web services, and system integrations while maintaining automated testing frameworks. The work includes ServiceNow workflows, forms, catalog items, and integrations, alongside defect tracking and production troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, integration, regression, acceptance, and security testing
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
• Validate ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and catalog items
• Document test plans, cases, procedures, and results
• Track defects and assist with production issue resolution

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant computer or technology field
• Three years of relevant quality assurance, testing, or development experience
• Experience with ServiceNow and automated testing tools
• Experience with Python, C#, APIs, and web applications
• Knowledge of Agile, security testing, REST, SOAP, JSON, and SQL
