Software Quality Assurance Analyst

Reporting to the Business Solutions and Development Coordinator, the incumbent plans, develops, executes, and documents quality assurance activities. The work supports business applications, integrations, and the ServiceNow platform. Collaboration with development and operational teams addresses software quality, reliability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, integration, regression, acceptance, and security testing
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
• Validate ServiceNow workflows, forms, catalog items, and integrations
• Document test plans, cases, procedures, and results
• Track defects and assist with production issue resolution

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field
• Three years of relevant quality assurance, testing, or development experience
• ServiceNow, automated testing, Python, and C# experience
• Web application, API, and client-server testing experience
• Analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
