Software Quality Assurance Lead

Lead software quality assurance activities across IT development and maintenance projects, using testing expertise, SQL, and strong analytical skills.

The Software Quality Assurance Specialist defines and maintains SQA processes while leading testing teams. You will plan, perform, and document application tests, identify software defects, and support their resolution with development team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quality assurance activities across IT development projects
• Execute application tests according to test plans
• Document test results, defects, and application changes
• Define testing strategies, scope, procedures, and required data
• Coach SQA team members on standards and procedures

Requirements:

• Two-year diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
• Seven years of IT experience, including five years business analysis
• Ability to query relational databases using SQL
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Ability to lead teams and prioritize tight deadlines
