In this role, you ensure high-quality Turnitin products through automated and manual testing, shaping quality across the development lifecycle. You’ll work with product teams in an Agile setup to accelerate delivery while maintaining user-focused quality. You’ll explore modern QA techniques and AI-powered testing to expand coverage and efficiency. - Define and implement QA best practices with the Scrum team
- Design, execute, and maintain automated and manual test cases across functional, regression, integration, and scale testing
- Collaborate with development teams to validate releases across platforms and environments
- Investigate, triage, and track defects through to resolution
- Identify quality risks early in the Agile cycle and contribute to mitigation plans
- Research, evaluate, and integrate AI-driven testing tools to improve efficiency and coverage
- Aim for continuous professional growth in test framework architecture and CI/CD pipelines
- Bachelor in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years in software quality engineering
- Hands-on UI Web Automation and API Automation experience
- Proficiency with Java, Python, Jenkins, Docker, Maven, Git
- Strong understanding of STLC and QA concepts
- Experience with CI/CD/CT tools and Agile methodologies
