• Participate in all stages of delivery—from requirements gathering to post-release support
• Build new functionality while following existing coding patterns
• Own and collaborate on technical design
• Decompose large projects into tasks and coordinate delivery
• Coach peers to minimize review iterations
• Develop toward becoming a senior full-stack developer

• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Versatile JavaScript (TypeScript) developer with strong software design principles
• Expert in React, Redux, RX JS, NPM/Yarn, webpack, CSS, HTML and the web stack
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, e.g. Azure DevOps
• Good knowledge of design patterns and best practices
• Ability to design and code solutions for complex/ambiguous business problems that may require architectural changes
• Experience building complex, real-time, event-driven multi-modular SPAs
• Experience delivering features across the full stack
• Preferred Java backend knowledge
• Proficient in writing clear, efficient code and articulating decisions

• Effective communicator in English
