In this role you will help shape technology architectures for complex Insurance and Financial Services projects. You’ll bridge business needs with practical tech solutions, contributing to architecture roadmaps and target operating models. You will work with cross-functional clients and senior stakeholders to drive transformation across cloud, data, AI/GenAI, and cyber security. This is an opportunity to mentor junior colleagues and influence strategic technology directions in a specialist architecture environment.

- Design and deliver technology and solution architectures for complex client environments
- Bridge business requirements with technical solutions
- Create artefacts such as roadmaps, capability maps, integration designs and target operating models
- Work with cloud, data, AI/GenAI, applications and integration technologies
- Support proof-of-concepts and innovative solutions
- Build relationships with clients and communicate complex concepts to varied audiences
- Contribute to architecture strategy, thought leadership and continuous improvement
- Mentor junior colleagues
- 5+ years of technology experience, ideally in Financial Services or a regulated environment
- Background in Solution, Technical, Data, Application, Cloud Architecture or similar
- Experience with data architecture, modelling, integration, governance or migration
- Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- Modern data platforms (Databricks or Snowflake)
- Application and integration architecture
- AI, ML or GenAI
- Technology transformation and modernisation
- Architecture frameworks, roadmaps and solution design
- Client-facing experience with senior stakeholders
