Solution Architect

As an AI Systems Architect for ESAI, you design and build AI-powered solutions that optimize how Professional Services engagements are delivered. You own end-to-end architecture from concept through general availability, enabling repeatable, reusable patterns across engagements. You collaborate with architects and Delivery to reflect field realities and drive adoption. This role blends systems thinking with applied AI to reduce friction and accelerate value for customers. You will shape the future of delivery at Optimizely through scalable AI solutions.

• Architect AI-driven solutions, designing reusable agents, integrations, and automation
• Lead delivery through GA, owning end-to-end architecture until autonomous operation
• Document solutions and processes to enable self-sufficiency
• Drive adoption and gather feedback from internal and Professional Services communities
• Collaborate with architects and Delivery to align with product and field realities

• Systems thinking across architecture, data, integrations, identity, and content/commerce
• Experience across CMS, commerce, ERP, CRM, data platforms, integration, and identity
• Root-cause analysis to identify underlying delivery friction
• Production-grade AI engineering with agents, LLM workflows, and APIs
• Ability to scope and design solutions under ambiguity and pressure
• Regional awareness for EMEA and North America delivery
