As a Solution Architect in our Digital & Data community, you help turn ideas into scalable software solutions that drive client outcomes. You work with cross-functional teams to define vision, architecture, and guardrails, aligning technology choices with business goals. You lead architecture artefacts and support senior leaders in business cases, cost estimation, and planning. You operate across domains and collaborate in a hybrid, client-centered environment that values learning and innovation. • Create and assure key architecture artefacts (e.g., Key Design Decision, Technical Options Paper, High Level Design)
• Collaborate with Engineering teams and lead as SME to define vision and establish Architectural Guardrails
• Support senior leaders in shaping change, cost estimation, and detailed planning
• Apply agile best practices and work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Contribute to internal projects while solving client challenges

• Hands-on software engineering background with leadership experience delivering applications and services
• Clear understanding and practical application of architecture and delivery methodologies
• Experience across architectural domains with a specialization in at least one: Business, Data, Application, Technology, or Security
• Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Certifications in relevant methodologies and cloud technologies are advantageous
