• Create and assure architecture artefacts (Key Design Decision, Technical Options Paper, High Level Design)
• Lead SME-like architecture vision and guardrails in collaboration with Engineering teams
• Support senior leaders with change case, cost estimation and detailed planning
• Apply agile practices and collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Engage on client-site or internal projects in a hybrid working model

• Hands-on software engineering background with experience leading engineering teams
• Strong understanding and practical application of architecture and delivery methodologies
• Ability to operate across architectural domains with at least one specialty (Business, Data, Application, Technology, Security)

• Certifications in methodologies and cloud technologies are advantageous
