Solution Architect (Dynamics 365)- Remote

As a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect, you will lead the end-to-end design and governance of a new Inspection Case Management solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. You’ll embed best practices, shape configuration and the Dataverse data model, and provide independent design assurance. You’ll collaborate with the internal Dynamics team to accelerate delivery and transfer knowledge. This is a remote contract to March 2027 with strong extension prospects, serving a public-sector client.

• Lead end-to-end technical design and governance of the Inspection Case Management solution
• Embed Dynamics 365 best practice across architecture, configuration, and delivery
• Shape D365 Customer Service configuration and Dataverse data model to meet requirements
• Produce and review high- and low-level designs and provide independent assurance to governance forums
• Collaborate with internal Dynamics 365 team, Data Architect and Solution Architect to accelerate delivery and transfer knowledge

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect or Technical Architect
• Hands-on experience designing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (ideally case management)
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 and Dataverse data model, including entity design and relationships
• Experience producing and reviewing technical designs and presenting to architecture or governance boards
• Eligible to work in the UK and willing to complete pre-engagement checks and SC clearance (existing clearance not required)
