Overview

As a senior Solution Architect, you will shape Spirax Steam’s ERP and engineering platform strategy, guiding cross-functional transformation across a global manufacturing network. You will own the future ERP roadmap, oversee architecture across multiple ERP platforms, and explore AI-enabled enhancements that tie into supply chain and product lifecycle processes. This is a global, strategic role that partners with product, delivery and business teams to drive platform investments. Your work will influence how we operate for years to come, across countries and OpCos.

Responsibilities
  • Define and govern the future ERP strategy and modernization roadmap
  • Provide architectural direction across ERP, Supply Chain, Engineering and AI-enabled platforms
  • Oversee integration of ERP with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Product Lifecycle Management
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Partners and Delivery Partners to shape technology decisions and investments
  • Ensure architecture governance across JD Edwards, Dynamics, SAP, Infor and other ERP platforms
  • Drive AI, Copilot or Agent-based solutions integration within core ERP and operations
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly to audiences from technical specialists to executives
  • Support multi-country/global transformation programmes and cross-country operating companies
  • Participate in design exercises and trade-off decisions to balance cost, risk and capability
Key requirements
  • Senior Solution Architect with ERP transformation experience
  • Cloud migration and Azure architecture experience
  • Product-led technology roadmaps experience
  • AI, Copilot or Agent-based solutions experience
  • Experience with manufacturing, supply chain or engineering platforms
  • Enterprise architecture leadership in multi-country/global contexts
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
