Overview

As Solution Architect (Functional) you design end-to-end WMS solutions for a global contract logistics context, translating business needs into scalable architectures. You bridge operations, business, and IT to ensure delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of WMS across the globe. You’ll lead stakeholder workshops, support testing and go-live activities, and drive standardization and innovation in warehouse operations. This role offers exposure to large-scale IT transformations and cross-functional collaboration within a global team.

Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end WMS solutions by translating requirements into scalable architectures
  • Lead workshops with stakeholders to align on needs and outcomes
  • Support testing, validate outputs, and manage defects throughout the lifecycle
  • Drive system implementations, deployment readiness, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement across global WMS solutions
Key requirements
  • Hands-on experience with WMS solutions (ideally Blue Yonder) in contract logistics or 3PL environments
  • Ability to analyze business processes and translate into functional designs, process flows, and configurations
  • Solid understanding of inbound, outbound, and inventory processes
  • Proven ability to lead workshops, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills, with proactive, detail-oriented mindset
